1. Service Overview

Loranzes Phautos provides local and statewide delivery services across California. By requesting delivery, you agree to these terms.

2. Liability Disclaimer

We do not carry cargo insurance. All deliveries are made at the customer’s risk. While we take care with every item, we are not liable for damage or breakage resulting from:

• Movement during transit
• Road conditions or sudden stops
• Fragile items or pre-existing defects

Customers are responsible for securely packaging their items.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Venmo (card options available upon request)
• Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance

4. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup/drop-off details
• Ensuring someone is present at both locations
• Alerting us to stairs, restricted access, or special handling needs

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any delivery if conditions are unsafe or if job details were misrepresented.

6. Customer Agreement

By booking a delivery, you confirm that:

• You understand our liability policy
• You accept our payment and handling terms
• You have the authority to request service for the specified items
